Table Info
Tables are provided and are 8 foot by 30 inches. A vendors spot costs $150 per table. There is no upfront application fee. Payment is to be made upon being accepted as a vendor.
This is a juried application. It is not first come, first served. You can look forward to hearing from us no later than July 15th, at which time payment will be due.
Applications are due by June 30th.

Set Up
Vendors can start setting up on Friday, September 27th, from 12 pm to 6 pm. Doors will open at 6:30 am for vendors to complete setup before the convention doors open to the public at 10 am. Takedown will begin at 5 pm Sunday, as soon as the vendor hall closes to shoppers.
